Remember when the biggest problem with email was spam? Ha. Good old days. Spam was relatively easy to identify, it was mostly garbage. Automated bot emails look almost indistinguishable to humans, and the best part, they are actually useful.
In an effort to promote DiscoSEO, I gave Grok Bot its own email. There’s no inbox, there’s no email client, there’s no interface. It’s just support@discoseo.com and a bot that watches that inbox, and sends messages on my behalf. I told bot that we need to make an extra $1000 in revenue per week, and it can do whatever it wants to achieve that.
It’s amazing. The bot’s tweeting on my behalf, it’s sending outbound emails, and it is handling customer support. Try it, just send an email to that address.
This is 100% the future of emails and there’s no going back. Computers are going to do work for you, and communicate for you. Personal communication might remain on text message, or return back to face-to-face calls for authenticity, but not email. In a few years, email will be nothing more than a pipeline for bot communications. Humans will not be able to keep up.
Oh, this will also happen to voice. You will not be making business phones calls, nor will you be responding to them.
